By accessing or using the Cash Flow Dashboard application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, or otherwise commercially exploit the App.
The App integrates with QuickBooks Online ("QBO") via Intuit's API to retrieve financial data including invoices, bills, payments, and bank account balances. By connecting your QBO account, you authorize the App to access this data on your behalf. The App does not modify, create, or delete any data in your QBO account — it operates in read-only mode for data synchronization purposes.
Financial data retrieved from QBO is used solely to generate cash flow reports, projections, and dashboards within the App. Your data is stored securely and is not shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third parties. Data is retained only as long as your account is active and your QBO connection is maintained.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for ensuring that the financial data displayed in the App is reviewed for accuracy before making business decisions.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that financial calculations will be perfectly accurate. The App is a tool to assist with cash flow visibility and should not be considered a substitute for professional financial advice.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from decisions made based on data displayed in the App.
You may disconnect your QBO account and terminate your use of the App at any time through the Settings page. Upon disconnection, we will cease accessing your QBO data. You may also request deletion of all stored data by contacting us.
We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If you have questions about this EULA, please contact your account administrator or the development team managing this application.
